These terms govern your use of the Aidopt website, free tools, and the AI Adoption Workshop Kit.

Acceptance

By using this site or purchasing the kit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Free tools

The AI Adoption Readiness Scorecard and other free resources are provided for general informational purposes to help teams plan responsible AI adoption. They are offered “as is” and are not professional, legal, security, or compliance advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them.

The AI Adoption Workshop Kit and licenses

Buying the kit grants you a license to use its materials according to the tier you purchase (Individual, Consultant, or Organization). The scope of each license is described on the License page. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.

Intellectual property

The kit and site content are owned by Aidopt (Workflow Adoption Lab). You may use the materials as your license permits, but you may not resell, publicly redistribute, or republish them except where a license explicitly allows it.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
  • Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or unlawful information through the site’s forms.
  • Use the materials responsibly and in line with your own organization’s policies.

Disclaimers

The site and materials are provided without warranties of any kind. AI guidance is general and may not fit every situation; always apply human review and your own judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aidopt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or materials. TODO: confirm with counsel.
