This Privacy Policy explains what information Aidopt (also operating as Workflow Adoption Lab) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Aidopt provides practical AI adoption tools, workshop templates, and facilitation materials for teams. You can reach us at hello@aidopt.com.

Information we collect

  • Scorecard inputs. If you use the AI Adoption Readiness Scorecard, we process the details you enter (your name, role, and company size) and your 1–5 answers in your browser to calculate your result.
  • Email address. We only collect your email if you choose to have your result sent to you and tick the consent box.
  • Purchase details. When you buy a license, checkout and payment are handled by our payment provider; we receive order confirmation details, not your full card data.
  • Technical data. Our host may process standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

We ask that you do not enter confidential employee, client, legal, or financial information into the scorecard or any form on this site.

How we use information

  • To calculate and display your scorecard result.
  • To email your result and, with your consent, occasional practical AI adoption resources.
  • To process purchases and provide access to the kit.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the site.

Cookies and analytics

The site currently uses only the cookies required to function. TODO: if we add analytics (for example, a privacy-friendly analytics tool or Google Analytics), we will update this section to describe what is collected and how to opt out.

Google AdSense

TODO — not active yet. Google AdSense is not currently running on this site. If we enable it, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You will be able to opt out of personalized advertising through your Google Ads Settings, and learn more in Google’s advertising policies. This section and our cookie disclosures will be updated before any ads go live.

Payments

Purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Their handling of your payment information is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not store your full payment-card details.

Email delivery

When you ask us to email your scorecard result, the message is sent through our email provider (Resend) on our behalf. We only send it because you asked us to and gave consent.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the site — currently our hosting provider (Netlify), payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), and email provider (Resend) — and only as needed to provide the service.

Data retention

Scorecard answers stay in your browser unless you email yourself the result. Email and order records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. TODO: confirm exact retention periods.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each message. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact hello@aidopt.com.

Children

This site is intended for workplace and professional use and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy as the product and our providers change. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
